Delivery

What are the delivery times?
We process your order within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes an average of 5 to 12 business days. The total delivery time is therefore generally 6 to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

What are the delivery fees?
Any delivery fees are displayed at checkout, before payment.

Which carrier do you use for delivery?
We work with reliable delivery partners. The carrier and your tracking number are indicated in the shipping confirmation email.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become visible.

Do you deliver outside of France?
We currently deliver to metropolitan France.

Can I still change my address?
Any error in the address must be reported to us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in their original condition, with tags still attached.

How do I return an item?
First, contact us by email with your order number. We will then provide you with the return address and necessary instructions. We recommend always returning your package with a tracking number.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

I received a damaged or incorrect item, what should I do?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and attach clear photos of the item concerned. Our team will review your request and advise you on the appropriate solution.

When will I be refunded?
After receiving and checking your return, the refund will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra business days for the refund to appear in your account.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the main payment methods available at checkout, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

How do I choose my size?
Our items follow the size indications displayed on each product sheet. If you hesitate between two sizes, do not hesitate to contact us. Our team will be happy to advise you.
